Working on the Edges of a Document

If you like to work in full screen mode and find working on the edge of a document difficult, and you find yourself leaving full screen mode, zooming in to the edge, working on it, and then returning to full screen mode, you may be relieved to learn of a little frustration-busting feature.

You remember how you can scroll in the document window with the Hand tool when the image is displayed at a high enough magnification to overspill the document window bounds? Well, the same method works in full screen mode. Just select the Hand tool (press H, or press the Spacebar and hold it down), drag the edge that you want to work on into the workable area of the screen and, after you have finished working on the edge, press Ctrl+0 (Windows), ^+0 (Mac OS) to center the image.
