Contrast this image with the final image in the example you get in the "No Neutralization — Keep the Color Cast" section. Note how the image has been brightened by about the same amount, but the color cast has been largely removed.

Keep in mind that there's no absolute right or wrong way to do this adjustment. Either result is acceptable, depending upon your preferences. Option One — retaining the color cast — is what you might use for a honeymoon-hotel brochure. Option Two — removing the color cast — works for (say) a family-vacation-motel brochure.

If you want to fine-tune the colors, you can use your Curves dialog box, your Info palette, and the techniques we used in the previous Florida House exercise. (Well, sure . . . but I'd rather go kayaking!)
