Creating albums

If you're like me, you have tons of snapshots languishing in boxes, drawers, and baskets. Drumming up the time and enthusiasm to put them into albums and with titles and captions just never seems to happen. But in Album, creating, er, albums is quick, easy, and fun. After you create an album, you can e-mail it as an attachment or print it and have the pages bound at a copy center. Here are a few album ideas:

^ Events: At the next wedding or family reunion, take a lot of candid snapshots or solicit photos from other attendees. Make a personalized album and e-mail it to everyone.

^ Themes: You can center your album on a theme, such as a particular person, project, pet, or vacation.

^ Records: Maybe you want your album to take a chronological approach to recording events over a longer period of time. For example, you could create a scrapbook that records a child's year at school or a baby's first year of life.

^ Locations: Your album can focus on a special location, such as your recent one-year trek through the Himalayas. Okay, if your locale isn't that exotic, you can focus on your hometown.
