Twirl

This effect rotates a selection more sharply in the center than at the edges. I like to think of this as a "spin-art" effect, although it is often called the "toilet-bowl" filter. If you fade this filter immediately after running it, you can get a nice effect. The only control of this filter is specifying an angle that produces the twirl pattern. To produce a more realistic effect, run this filter several times with a lower twirl amount.
