If you wanted to, you could add a ripple effect to your reflection. Duplicate the background layer using Ctrl-] (Command-] on a Mac), then select both the duplicated background layer and the reflection layer from the Layers palette. Right-click on one of the selected layers, and choose Merge Layers from the menu that appears.

Now select the merged layer and open Filter > Brush Strokes > Sprayed Strokes. Use the following settings in the dialog box that appears (and is illustrated below): Stroke Direction: Horizontal Spray Radius: 8 Stroke Length: 11

Click OK to apply the filter and close the dialog box.
